We provide a customization service that reflects our expertise and craftsmanship. Prices include the customization service, sourcing fee, and the cost of authentic base shoes.

Authenticity

Each pair is handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring a unique design. We are not affiliated with any brands and use only authentic, brand-original products sourced exclusively from legitimate and trusted stores.

Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround time is approximately 4–8 weeks. This timeframe is provided as a guideline only. Actual completion and release dates may vary depending on our workload and painting capacity, as each pair is carefully produced to meet our quality standards.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if a base shoe cannot be sourced from legitimate stores within the stated turnaround timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the payment through PayPal.
